As a chef, I have had the privilege of working in several important restaurants and hotels in Santiago City and Pucon City since 2004.

In 2009, I decided to make important changes in my life and made the commitment to move to Canada, where initially I stayed in Kitchener and then settled in Toronto. This is where I had the most amazing experience of my life, meeting with people from all around the world, learning about the culture, traditions, and food.
I was blessed with the opportunity to work in a variety of bars, restaurants, bistros, and coffee shops where I was able to demonstrate the flexibility of my skills as a chef.
After four years, I made the decision to come back to Chile with a new project in mind. I would love to share the incredible food culture Santiago has to offer with foreign tourists. I will provide them with a friendly tour guide and an opportunity to travel to my home where I will teach a traditional chilean cuisine workshop.
