IMPORTANT: Change of booking: in case of operation reasons or matters not due to My Tour (road
conditions, strikes, delays, changes in opening times or other problems). My Tour may modify the tour at
any time or replace it with alternative services of the same type and quality. In such case there will be no
change in the price of the excursion and modification will be proposed and communicated before the
departure. When, in spite of reservation, during the periods of greatest attendance, there are entrance
delays to museums, churches and so on, My tour and its staff could not be considered responsible.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION: Any changes and cancellations of bookings, must be sent via fax to
0039 0577 1959066 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. No penalty applies for
cancellations made up to 48 hours prior the starting date of the service. For changes within 48 hours
MyTour will consider the case and get back to client with a solution. For any booking cancelled less than
48 hours from the date of service or no shows, My Tour applies a penalty of 100% of the total amount of

finding the meeting point must call the following number 0039 0577 236330. For clients who arrives late.
There won’t be any refund. It won’t be possible to join the rest of the group after departure time.CHANGES TO THE ITINERARY: If special circumstances arise (strikes, road or weather conditions,
etc.) My Tour may be forced to modify the planned route with an alternative one, possibly maintaining
the duration and quality of service. In the event that the tour includes admissions to museums, churches,
etc, My Tour and its staff cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to possible price variations for the entrance fees of museums or other attractions,
or changes in measures implemented by the Regione Toscana, the tours may undergo some variations
during the season.
REFUNDS: no refunds are due under the following circumstances: in case the tour departs within 40
minutes late (duo to traffic jam), no show, in case the clients get lost during the tour, in case the clients
decide to leave the tour before it ends. In all other cases, the maximum refund provided will be the price
of the tour.
COMPLAINTS: All claims must be addressed to My Tour within 7 days from the end of the tour. My Tour
will not accept any complaint received after this deadline.
FREE SALE: Please notice that for some tours including museums we may advice stop sale in advance
duo to ticketing limits of Statal Museum’s organization.
